West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend staffing and oversee care delivery for residents. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care on weekends
• Conduct rounds to assess patient care and provide guidance to staff as needed
• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Provide education to staff and residents on various topics, including resident rights, medication management, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards and West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center policies
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other leaders to identify and address staffing needs, as well as develop and implement staffing strategies to ensure optimal care delivery
