Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Weekend Program in the Emergency Department. This part-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates and competitive shift differentials to reward weekend work.

You will provide direct, comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge, document outcomes, and follow professional standards, with ACLS/BLS/ENPC etc as required.

Qualifications

• ADN from an accredited institution.
• Current unrestricted RN license in Kentucky.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• ENPC within three years of hire.
• NIHSS within 6 months of hire.
• PALS within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC within two years of hire.
• Mandatory crisis prevention training before end of orientation and annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Review and document care provided, patient outcomes and evaluations of care.
• Adhere to professional standards of care.
