Baptist Health in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 5th Floor Surgical Telemetry, nights 7p–7a. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered for external candidates.

You will provide direct, comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge and document outcomes according to professional standards. Requirements: ADN, Kentucky RN license, ACLS within 6 months, BLS within 90 days, and Crisis Prevention within 6 months.

Qualifications

• ADN required and actively licensed as RN in KY.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Crisis Prevention training must be obtained within 6 months.
