Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active state license
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including wound care and injections as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Charge Nurse or physician
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager
