Job summary

Avenue at Macedonia Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Director of Nursing Services (DON) to lead our clinical team. You will ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance while guiding quality improvement and resident-centered care.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will coach and mentor nurses, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, promote a positive work environment, and advance resident outcomes across all units.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio.
• Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for resident care and team development.
• Ability to lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability.
