Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Arizona RN license; CPR.
• ACLS/PALS as applicable by unit.
• Two years ICU/ER or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s needs on admission and ongoing based on nursing assessment.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines and supervise staff as needed.
• Implement nursing and medical orders and ensure they are appropriate to patient status.
• Participate in hourly rounding and uphold safety guidelines.
• May serve as shift charge when required.
