Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited program.
- L&D-specific training or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
- Minimum two years of current Level III NICU experience with neonatal ventilator equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assess and plan patient care across RN scope.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and delegate appropriately.
- Provide age-appropriate bedside nursing using nursing process.
- Participate in hourly rounding and ensure safety guidelines.
