Job summary

St. Luke’s Clinical Support Unit (CSU) is seeking registered nurses for full-time or part-time night and day floats across Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and Mountain Home locations. You will support Medical, Surgical and Telemetry or ED, with self-scheduling and opportunities to work across three facilities.

The role offers potential growth into ICU, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, NICU, and more as you expand your skills; tuition and certification reimbursement programs are available following orientation.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree.
• Experience: 1 year RN; Med/Surg, Tele or ED preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in the state; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide float coverage across Medical, Surgical, Telemetry or ED units within the CSU.
• Self-scheduling; unit/location assignment based on operational needs.
• Support care across zones and multiple locations with 10% differential after orientation.

The Clinical Support Unit (CSU) is a dynamic department that provides a high quality float experience to the departments and patients we serve. This requires nurses that are energetic, flexible and willing to support the mission of the organization.

What You Can Expect:

• Full Time or Part Time nights (7:00p-7:30a) for Zone 1: Boise, Meridian, Nampa
• Full time or Part Time days (7:00a-7:30p) for Zone 2: Boise, Meridian, St. Luke's Elmore in Mountain Home)
• You will support three units/skill sets within the Med-Surg service line: Medical, Surgical and Telemetry or Emergency Room; may be open to other skill sets listed below
• The excitement of inter-facility floating between three locations
• Self-scheduling (unit & location will be assigned based on day of operational needs)
• 10% differential - once orientation concludes

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree
• Experience: 1 year of RN experience; prefer Med/Surg, Tele or ED experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
