Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Telemetry in Portland, OR. The RN will monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to adjust plans based on cardiac status.

The role requires ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and experience in cardiac telemetry. EMR proficiency and patient/family education are essential. Several shift options are available in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year of cardiac telemetry or related care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA).
• EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring proficiency.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and critical vitals, identify distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per care plan.
• Collaborate with providers to adjust care plan based on cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient condition and progress.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies

Salary: $77,450 to $129,999 /year
