Incredible Health in El Paso, TX is hiring a Registered Nurse - Telemetry. The role requires an ADN or higher in nursing, an active RN license, and at least 1 year in cardiac telemetry or similar cardiac care.

Shifts available include day, night, and mid, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. You will monitor cardiac rhythms, administer treatments, collaborate with providers, educate patients on heart health, and document progress in the EMR.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing
• Active RN license in good standing
• 1 year of cardiac telemetry or related cardiac care experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, interpreting data for distress or abnormal patterns
• Administer medications and interventions per care plan
• Collaborate with providers to modify care plan based on cardiac status
• Educate patients and families on heart health, treatment plans, and home care
• Maintain accurate documentation of condition, treatment, and progress in line with policies
