Job summary

Ascension Saint Alexius in Hoffman Estates, IL seeks a Telemetry Registered Nurse to deliver direct, patient-centered care for cardiac telemetry patients, including rhythm interpretation and continuous monitoring.

You will develop individualized care plans, document patient status, and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support safe and efficient discharge planning in a day shift, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days of hire/transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• RN credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure at time of hire.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
