Job summary

Incredible Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse - Telemetry in the Philadelphia, PA area. The role requires RN licensure, ADN or higher, and preferred cardiac telemetry experience.

Expect shift options including day, night, and mid shifts, with full-time, part-time, or per diem availability. You’ll monitor cardiac rhythms, administer treatments, collaborate with clinicians, and educate patients on heart health while maintaining EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or other cardiac care setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and other cardiac monitoring techniques.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and other critical vital signs, interpreting data to identify distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, with focus on cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital policies.
