Incredible Health in Lansdale, PA seeks a Registered Nurse - Telemetry to monitor cardiac rhythms and provide care for high-acuity patients. Flexible shifts include day, night and mid shifts, with options for full-time, part-time or per diem roles.

The ideal candidate will have ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, and experience with cardiac telemetry or related settings. EMR proficiency and strong ECG interpretation are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or related cardiac care preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Skilled in ECG interpretation and cardiac monitoring.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, identifying distress or abnormalities.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per care plan.
• Collaborate with providers to adjust the plan based on cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient condition and progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies
