Job summary

Mercy Hospital Ft Smith in Fort Smith, Arkansas is seeking a registered nurse to join our inpatient care team. You will apply the nursing process to provide patient care, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality outcomes.

This full-time, regular position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and requires 1 year of experience, active RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS or attainment within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
