Job summary

Southeast Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process and to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, effective interventions. You will uphold patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with Mercy’s mission and service standards.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and require at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

What You’ll Do
