We are currently welcoming applications from experienced Registered Nurses interested in a supervisor-level opportunity with our team.
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing team while helping ensure that our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.
The role involves:
- Providing guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Supporting daily clinical operations
- Collaborating with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
- Promoting excellent resident outcomes and quality of care
- Assisting with clinical decision-making and problem-solving
- Supporting and mentoring members of the nursing team
- Helping foster a positive, professional, and resident-focused environment
- Active New Jersey RN license
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
