As an RN Supervisor, you will guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; support daily operations; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; and mentor staff while fostering a positive, resident-focused environment that aligns with our commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey RN license.
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A compassionate, team-oriented approach.
