Complete Care at Brakeley Park in Phillipsburg, NJ is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead clinical teams, mentor CNAs, LPNs and RNs, and ensure high-quality resident care. The role focuses on coordinating daily operations and fostering safe, compassionate outcomes.
You will partner with care teams to supervise clinical activities, uphold care standards, and support seamless weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Active NJ RN license is required.
- Leadership experience is required.
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or SNF settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Supervise and mentor CNAs, LPNs, and RNs on weekend shifts.

Job description
As a Nurse Supervisor (RN) with our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs), partnering with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes, and overseeing daily clinical operations.
- Active NJ RN license
- Leadership experience
- Skilled in long-term care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities (SNF)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Active NJ RN license + leadership experience
