Job summary

Complete Care - Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Shift Supervisor for the PM shift to lead our nursing team, oversee clinical tasks, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering compassionate resident care. You will conduct nursing rounds, coordinate with physicians, develop care plans, mentor staff, and maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant documentation.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and proficient use of computer systems.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Supervision & Leadership: Supervise shift nursing staff to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Monitor clinical tasks, including medication distribution and treatment protocols.
• Patient Care Coordination: Assess resident needs, develop care plans, conduct regular nursing rounds, and coordinate with physicians to ensure quality outcomes.
• Education & Quality Assurance: Provide ongoing guidance to staff, residents, and families. Track treatments and ensure all documentation is accurate and HIPAA-compliant.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively to fulfil operational duties, assisting the DON, ADON, and Administrator as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active RN (Registered Nurse) in good standing.
• Experience: prior experience in , long-term care, or related facility.
