Complete Care Management is seeking a Registered Nurse Shift Supervisor (PM shift) to lead the nursing team during the evening hours and ensure top-tier patient care. You will supervise staff, monitor clinical tasks, and coordinate with physicians to implement care plans for residents.

Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Supervisor, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care during the PM shift. Your key responsibilities include:

• Supervision & Leadership: Supervise shift nursing staff to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Monitor clinical tasks, including medication distribution and treatment protocols.

• Patient Care Coordination: Assess resident needs, develop care plans, conduct regular nursing rounds, and coordinate with physicians to ensure quality outcomes.

• Education & Quality Assurance: Provide ongoing guidance to staff, residents, and families. Track treatments and ensure all documentation is accurate and HIPAA-compliant.

• Team Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively to fulfill operational duties, assisting the DON, ADON, and Administrator as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active RN (Registered Nurse) in good standing.

• Experience: prior experience in , long-term care, or related facility.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills.
