Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast in Destin, FL is seeking an experienced RN to join the Surgery department on a day, full-time basis.
In this role you’ll supervise unit staffing, coordinate shift workflows, and ensure consistent clinical objectives and high-quality OR patient care.

Supervise unit staffing, coordinate shift workflows, and ensure the consistent implementation of clinical objectives and high-quality OR patient care.
Assign, direct, monitor, and educate nursing and support staff during assigned shifts, while actively contributing to hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Assess daily patient needs to develop and distribute population-appropriate care assignments while identifying and resolving any issues affecting patient outcomes.
Evaluate the overall effectiveness of patient care interventions and address clinical or service complaints through established organizational channels.
