Job summary

Ascension's Employee Education team in Panama City, FL seeks a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) consultant to design, implement, and evaluate organization-wide programs and competency initiatives to align with hospital goals.

You will partner with clinical leaders to assess learning gaps, develop measurement-driven educational plans, and manage performance standards across multisite programs for interprofessional teams practicing to the full scope of licensure.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required.


• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Work Experience

• Required professional licensure at time of hire.

• Job requires travel between multiple sites approximately 10 hours weekly
