Ascension Saint Thomas West in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced RN for the Structural Heart Team. You will assess and position patients for TAVR/Watchman procedures, monitor hemodynamics, and coordinate plan of care with physicians before, during and after cases.
Responsibilities include assisting with diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures, setting up equipment, and ensuring seamless care delivery. A sign-on bonus is available and day shift, full-time hours are offered.

6:30am-5:00pm 4 days a week
Subselect team that does TAVRs, MitraClips, Watchmans, ETC
Assess, prepare and position patients for procedures and perform hemodynamic monitoring as necessary. CVA coverage is provided for every case.
Prepare, implement and document plan of care. Communicate patient's condition to physician before, during and after procedures.
Perform and/or facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures. Perform set up and provide equipment and supplies before, during and after procedures.
Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
