Ascension St. Mary's Milwaukee is seeking a skilled registered nurse to join Ascension Premier Staffing - Step Down. You will deliver and monitor patient care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, document orders, and support discharge planning with the care team.

The role requires a nursing diploma, RN licensure, and a current BLS certification. Prior acute care Step Down experience is preferred. Location is Milwaukee, WI with day/night shifts and travel options as needed.

• Certified BLS Provider within 1 month (30 days) of hire date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Certified Registered Nurse (RN) obtained prior to hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required or required professional licensure at time of hire.
• 1+ year of acute care Step Down experience strongly preferred.

• Schedule: Day and Night shifts available | 36 or 48 hours per week


• Gross Rate: up to $3,666 per week

How you’ll make an impact in this role

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s): Certified BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


• Certified Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
