Job summary

Harborview-Health-System is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education and training within our facility. You will support hiring and onboarding, provide ongoing education to nursing staff, and ensure our team remains confident, compliant, and compassionate in care.

In this role you will collaborate with department leaders, maintain training records, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding staff through orientation and competency assessments.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Ability to plan and deliver staff education and training.
