Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Night Shift, Full-time RN in Specialty Float. You will deliver compassionate nursing care, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor patient conditions, and document precisely.

Minimum requirements include RN licensure, BLS within 30 days, diploma or licensure at hire. Requires 1 year acute care RN experience in ICU/ED. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and comprehensive benefits.

• Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure patient care is seamless, holistic, and focused on the best possible clinical outcomes.
• Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time, acting as the vital link between the patient and the medical team through proactive communication and precise documentation.
• Advocate for the patient's journey by initiating and managing comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring a safe and successful transition from hospital to home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart. Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

• Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience on ICU or ED required.
