Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking an experienced neonatal RN to provide specialized care in a Level 2E Special Care Nursery. The role includes participating in a 16-week transition program with a preceptor and dedicated education sessions to develop neonatal expertise.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care, assessing patient conditions, planning and evaluating care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor's degree in Nursing required within five years if only an Associate Degree.
• Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS certification, and NRP certification within six months of employment.
• Minimum of one year inpatient RN experience.

• Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with state laws, hospital policies, and standards.
• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
