Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in our California facilities. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under supervision, influencing patient outcomes through education and teamwork.

You will administer medications, assist with procedures, document encounters, and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to uphold quality care for underserved populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individualized treatment programs with staff as needed.
• Administer medications and assist with medical procedures.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
• Communicate information to nursing staff and physicians.
