Job summary

The Sanctuary of St. Cloud is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide personal care and health-related services to residents. The role includes evening shifts, two-weekly 32-hour blocks, and rotating weekends/holidays, with oversight from a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications include minimal prior experience and the ability to use standard technology; under-18 applicants must be MN NA registry compliant. The facility offers a friendly, supportive environment focused on resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with personal cares including bathing/showering, nail care, shaving, dressing.
• Supports use of hearing aids/glasses and hair care.
• Assists with feeding, toileting, and transfers with equipment.
• Records vital signs and assists with treatments under RN direction.
• Administers or assists with medications under RN supervision, including insulin.
