The Commons in Lincoln, part of Benchmark Senior Living, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. Qualifications

• Current state license as an RN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved RN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience; elderly care desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status accurately.
• Observe and report significant health changes to the care team.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead RCAs in all aspects of their role.
• Coordinate care with community providers via case management.
