Benchmark Senior Living in Providence, RI is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. You will join a dedicated team focused on resident well-being and building lasting relationships with residents and associates.

The role emphasizes accurate assessment, collaboration with physicians and family, and mentoring senior care staff to maintain high-quality care for aging residents.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license (required by state regulations).
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly residents is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assess and document residents’ status accurately.
• Observe and report health or behavior changes to the care team.
• Direct and supervise Resident Care Assistants in daily tasks.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants and guide team members.
• Coordinate care with community providers via case management process.
• Balance service demands with promoting resident independence.
• Respond to emergencies and activate backup as needed.
