Responsibilities include accurate assessment, documentation, and timely communication of residents' status, supervising RCAs, coordinating care with providers, and prioritizing resident independence while ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Current state RN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved RN program (per state requirements).
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred; elderly care experience desirable.

Aufgaben

• Assess, document, and communicate residents' status accurately.
• Observe and report changes to care team and leadership.
• Direct and supervise Resident Care Assistants and Lead RCAs.
• Coordinate care with community providers through case management.
• Support resident independence while balancing service demands.
