The Good Samaritan in Blackduck, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care, in collaboration with families and an inter-disciplinary team. This full-time role may serve as charge nurse, delegating duties while upholding licensure standards and professional codes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (or multi-state license).
• Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care, education, and other nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
