Good Samaritan in Blackduck, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.

The role may include charge nurse duties and delegation while upholding professional standards and the Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently hold an unencumbered RN license.
• Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to staff with appropriate competence.
