The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents in Blackduck, MN. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

You may serve as charge nurse, delegate tasks, and ensure safe, high-quality care within state nursing standards and the facility's policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessment, education and care interventions.
