Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Ensure safe, reliable care and adherence to Nurse Practice Act and applicable standards.
