Job summary

Good Samaritan in Blackduck, MN seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver individualized care using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a Christian not-for-profit setting.

This full-time role may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks and ensuring safety and quality in line with the Nurse Practice Act, with 12-hour shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate licensure acceptable where applicable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff while ensuring safety and quality.
