Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking pediatric school-nurse professionals to join our team. Nurses will work in school settings with children, providing medications, structuring care plans, and improving overall health and function. Per diem schedules and weekly pay are offered to align with staff needs.

Responsibilities

• Nurses work with staff to obtain assignments on pediatric school-based care.
• Provide medications to students and structure care plans.
• Develop and implement dynamic care plans to improve health and function.
• Collaborate with school staff to support students with special needs.

• 1:1 support: Seizure Disorders, Diastat, Insulin Injections And Pumps, G-tube Feeding
• Tracheostomy Experience
• Providing Medication To Students And Structuring Care Plans
• Knowledge On Behavioral Health Issues And Handling Corresponding Care
• RN to BSN company sponsored program for eligible employees

Minimum Qualifications:

• WI State Nursing License
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• Current Negative Tb Result
• Vent/Trach Certification Preferred

This nursing position has a pediatric specialty in school settings. Nurses work directly with staff support to obtain specific assignments that suit their comfortability and preferences. We additionally have per diem based schedules, collected on a weekly basis!

• Full Time I Part Time
• Target Start Date: Fall 2025
• Location - Options throughout the state of Wisconsin

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing
• Repositioning
• Support Ambulating
• Lifting up to 60 lbs
• Working around small children including: high energy physical activity (playing, standing, sitting)
• Relevant physical aid with daily routine
