Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring pediatric nurses to work in school settings across Wisconsin. You’ll provide direct care to students, develop and manage care plans, and partner with school staff to promote health and inclusion for children with special needs.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and a per-diem option, with a focus on building clinical experience and a supportive team environment. Start dates and assignments vary by district and school site.

Qualifications

Skills Provided During Training For Hired RN's:

• 1:1 support: Seizure Disorders, Diastat, Insulin Injections And Pumps, G-tube Feeding
• Tracheostomy Experience
• Providing Medication To Students And Structuring Care Plans
• Knowledge On Behavioral Health Issues And Handling Corresponding Care
• RN to BSN company sponsored program for eligible employees

Minimum Qualifications:

• WI State Nursing License
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• Current Negative Tb Result
• Vent/Trach Certification Preferred

This nursing position has a pediatric specialty in school settings. Nurses work directly with staff support to obtain specific assignments that suit their comfortability and preferences. We additionally have per diem based schedules, collected on a weekly basis!

• Full Time I Part Time
• Target Start Date: Fall 2025
• Location - Options throughout the state of Wisconsin

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing
• Repositioning
• Support Ambulating
• Lifting up to 60 lbs
• Working around small children including: high energy physical activity (playing, standing, sitting)
• Relevant physical aid with daily routine
