Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and document nursing care plans and interventions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications and self-care.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain infection-control and medication storage standards.
• Document care in patient records.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are ready and functional.
• Maintain confidentiality and work within CARE values.
