You will mentor RNs, LPNs and CNAs, address urgent clinical issues, and support admissions, discharges and care coordination while maintaining accurate documentation and a strong weekend workflow.

Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is urgently seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to lead clinical operations during weekend shifts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will ensure safe, high-quality resident care, supervise staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide essential oversight during peak demand periods.
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) across weekend shifts
Oversee delivery of safe, effective, resident-centered care per physician orders and individualized care plans
Act as the primary clinical leader and point of contact for staff, residents, families, and any weekend concerns
Address clinical issues, incidents, changes in resident condition, and emergencies promptly
Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and care coordination as required
Monitor documentation accuracy and ensure full compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes and weekend workflow
Coordinate staffing and assignments to maintain efficient operations
Contribute to quality assurance, infection control, and performance improvement initiatives
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Prior supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred
Strong leadership, clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Proven ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
