Job summary

Fairview Rehab and Care Center in Philadelphia, PA is urgently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to lead clinical operations during weekend shifts. You will oversee resident care, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to practice.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in long-term care strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor weekend nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Oversee safe, resident-centered care per orders and care plans.
• Act as weekend clinical lead and point of contact for staff, residents, families.
• Address clinical issues, incidents, or emergencies promptly.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and care coordination as needed.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize weekend workflow.
• Coordinate staffing and assignments to maintain efficient operations.
• Contribute to quality assurance, infection control, and performance improvement.
