Job summary

Southwestern Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced RN to join our weekend leadership team as Weekend RN Supervisor. This Full-Time role provides a stable schedule (Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 AM–11:00 PM) with opportunities to mentor staff and enhance resident care.

You will supervise nursing staff, oversee care plans, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with department heads to maintain compliant, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain high-quality resident care during your shift.
• Serve as a clinical resource and point of contact for staff, residents, and families.
• Oversee resident care plans and ensure compliance with standards of practice and facility policies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and make critical decisions to ensure resident safety.

Position Details
