Qualifications

• Current Alabama or compact state RN license required.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program is needed.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is required within six months of hire.
• Two to three years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Vascular – PRN (Days Shifts, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.)

Job Type: PRN. Schedule: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., two shifts every two weeks, at least one weekend shift.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

Qualifications:

• Current Alabama or compact state RN license.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within six months of hire.
