Job summary

Memorial Physician Practices is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Vascular unit in Florence, Alabama. The role involves working night shifts and providing high-quality care for patients with complex vascular conditions. Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current Alabama or compact state RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required within six months of hire.
• Two to three years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan.
