Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking an RN for private in-home care in Lebanon, MO and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers weekday visits with no on-call and pays up to $45 per visit.

Responsibilities include vitals, medication management, health assessments, and care planning. Active MO RN license and in-home experience preferred. Reliable transportation and strong customer service required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MO

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with auto insurance
• Able to work autonomously and provide compassionate care

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and medication management per physician orders
• Monthly diabetic nails, monthly skin monitoring, and bi-yearly health assessments
• May supervise in-home aides for APC services
• Provide medication instruction and education
• Follow state-approved care plans
• Attend quarterly nurse meetings

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
• May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services
• Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed.
• Follow state approved care plan.
• Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings
• Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of MO
• In Home experience preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and self-management skills
• Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work autonomously
• Strong and compassionate customer service skills
• Valid driver's license, Active Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation
