Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit, oversee daily clinical operations, and ensure residents receive quality, compassionate care.

The ideal candidate holds Alabama RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and prior nursing leadership in long-term or post-acute care; you will mentor staff, coordinate care with physicians and therapy teams, and uphold regulatory compliance and quality initiatives.

Qualificações

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous nursing leadership experience.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and support a nursing team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for an assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise, support, and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions and quality of care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Review nursing documentation, care plans, and physician orders.
• Address clinical concerns and changes in resident condition.
• Support staff development, infection prevention, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our nursing leadership team.

This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys leading nursing staff, overseeing daily clinical operations, and ensuring residents receive quality, compassionate care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for an assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise, support, and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions and quality of care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and support a nursing team.
