Bellway Health & Rehabilitation Center in Selma, AL seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership for the assigned nursing unit and mentor staff to ensure excellent resident care.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists and the interdisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance, accurate assessments, care plans, and positive resident outcomes in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license.
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Passion for providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day clinical oversight for your assigned nursing unit.

Bellway Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. If you're a Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast paced skilled nursing environment and enjoys mentoring others while delivering exceptional resident care, we'd love to hear from you.

As an RN Unit Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership for your assigned unit, ensuring high quality care, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for our residents. You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to excellence in long term care and rehabilitation.

What You'll Do

• Provide day to day clinical oversight for your assigned nursing unit
