Job summary

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation LLC in Northport, AL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our nursing leadership team. The role oversees nursing care on the assigned unit, supports and develops staff, and ensures residents receive high-quality, consistent care. The position is full-time with a competitive salary based on experience.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available. You will lead clinical rounds, collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team,

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in nursing leadership preferred.

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our nursing leadership team.

As an RN Unit Manager, you'll oversee nursing care on your assigned unit, support and develop the nursing team, and help ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing care on the assigned unit.
• Supervise, support, and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions and quality of care.
• Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Review nursing documentation, care plans, and physician orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Support staff development, infection prevention, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous nursing experience required.
• Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, or other nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and support nursing staff.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality resident care.
