Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to provide clinical leadership for the 3p-11p shift and support the evening nursing team in Northport, Alabama.

You will oversee nursing operations, supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care during your shift.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing is REQUIRED.

Full-Time | Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL

Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

RN Leadership Opportunity

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support to our evening nursing team.

As the RN House Supervisor, you'll oversee nursing operations during your shift, support nurses and CNAs, and help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the 3p-11p shift.
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs throughout the facility.
• Conduct rounds and monitor resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist nursing staff with clinical concerns and resident care needs.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members as needed.
• Support accurate documentation, staffing needs, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and help ensure appropriate clinical follow‑up.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous nursing experience required.
• Charge Nurse, House Supervisor, Unit Manager, or other nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long‑term care, or post‑acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dependable and able to effectively lead a nursing team.
